At Vyom Jewel, we understand that sometimes you may need a different size or design. We offer an exchange option to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
🔄 Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange under the following conditions:
Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoice must be included.
The product must not show signs of damage, alteration, or wear.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Customized or personalized jewellery
Engraved products
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
Gift cards
📦 How to Request an Exchange
Email us at support@vyomjewel.com with your order number and the item you would like in exchange.
Our team will confirm availability and provide exchange instructions.
Ship the original product securely to the address shared by our support team.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
💰 Price Difference
If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
If the new item is of lower value, the balance amount may be refunded or issued as store credit (as applicable).
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.
